At Play Pack Store, we aim to provide instant and reliable delivery for all digital products. Because our products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Please review the full policy below:
1. All Sales Are Final
Once an order is completed and the digital product (account, code, or activation) is delivered, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges can be issued.
This is due to the nature of digital products, which cannot be “returned” or revoked after delivery.
2. Delivery Guarantee
All purchases are guaranteed to work exactly as described at the time of sale.
If you experience any issue with access, activation, or login before using or changing any account settings, our support team will assist you immediately.
3. Warranty Against Sony Bans
We provide a 3-month guarantee against any Sony platform ban related to the purchased account.

If the account becomes banned due to reasons not caused by the customer, we will replace the account or provide an equivalent solution.

The guarantee does not apply if the customer modifies account settings, violates PlayStation Terms of Service, or uses the account in a fraudulent or risky manner.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure eligibility for support or warranty, customers must:

Follow the usage instructions provided with every account.

Avoid changing any login credentials or security settings.

Avoid attempting to misuse the account or share it outside the agreed terms.
5. Unauthorized Use or Abuse
Refunds will not be granted if:

The customer changes settings or security information.

The customer attempts to make the account primary without authorization.

The customer misuses the account, leading to restriction or ban.

The customer downloads or shares the account on unauthorized devices.
Game Share Usage Policy
To ensure fairness, security, and uninterrupted service for all customers, the following rules apply to every purchased game-share account from PlayPack Store.
1. Do Not Modify Account Settings
Any attempt to change or modify the following will result in immediate withdrawal of access:

Password
-
Security settings
-
Login ID
-
Profile details
-
Any setting inside Account Management
These rules exist to protect the account from unauthorized use and to maintain security.
2. Primary vs. Secondary Access
Your account access type (Primary or Secondary) is clearly stated at the time of purchase.
If you purchased a Secondary Account:

You cannot switch it to Primary.

Any attempt to activate it as Primary will lead to instant account withdrawal.
If you purchased a Primary Account:

You must keep it set exactly as instructed.

Removing Primary activation may cause games to stop working.
3. Device & Usage Limitations

Do not log in to the account on more devices than permitted.

Sharing the account with others is strictly prohibited.

Do not install VPNs, suspicious apps, or third-party software that may violate PlayStation terms.
4. Avoid Actions That May Trigger Locks or Bans
To maintain your warranty and avoid restrictions:

Do not attempt to merge the account with your personal email.

Do not enable 2-step verification.
-
Do not change the console’s region to mismatch the account’s region.

Do not attempt to claim refunds through Sony on downloaded games.
Any of these actions will be considered a breach of policy.
5. Support & Assistance
If you experience login errors, activation problems, or content restrictions, contact our support team. We will assist you as long as:

No settings were changed
-
No unauthorized actions were taken

The account was used according to the rules
