How PlayPack Loyalty Works

Every order earns points. The more you shop, the more points you collect, and you can redeem them for rewards on future purchases.

3) Track your balanceCheck your points from your account/loyalty area anytime.
4) Redeem rewardsUse your available points during checkout to save on your next orders.

Example: "Earn 1100 Points with this item" means this product adds 1100 points after purchase.

Starting level. You collect points on every eligible purchase and begin building toward bigger rewards.

Reached after your points cross the Silver threshold. Unlocks a stronger discount rate when redeeming points.

Higher loyalty level with better point value and improved discount potential at checkout.

Top level. Best reward conversion and the highest discount benefit when using loyalty points.

You move up from Bronze to Silver, Gold, and Platinum by earning more points over time.
As soon as you reach a tier, its discount benefit starts immediately.
Your reached tier benefit stays active for life, and applies whenever you redeem points at checkout.
