Refund Policy

Once an order is completed and the digital product (account, code, or activation) is delivered, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges can be issued.

2. Delivery Guarantee

All products are guaranteed to work as described. Any issue before changing account settings will be handled immediately by our support team.

3. Sony Ban Warranty

We provide a 3-month guarantee against Sony platform bans not caused by the customer. Replacement or equivalent solution will be provided.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Follow all usage instructions
• Do not change login or security settings
• Do not share or misuse the account

5. Unauthorized Use

• Changing settings or credentials
• Switching Secondary to Primary
• Misuse leading to bans
• Sharing on unauthorized devices

Account type is fixed at purchase. Secondary accounts cannot be converted to Primary.
